Yes, IGST is applicable , If file LUT , no need the charge IGST
so whether we have to pay igst out of pocket or to be charged from client??

YOU CAN FILE REFUND FOR THE SAME, ACTUALLY REFUND IN CASE OF EXPORT IS AUTO CREDIT IN YOUR BANK, JUST WHILE FILING RETURN SHOW IT UNDER PROPER TABLE IN RETURN FORM
