a bakery manufacturing and selling sweets,bread and other bakery products ,what is the gst rate in , regular and composition scheme .is it 1% /5%. whether input is available.Thank you.

If ur turnover is not more than 1.5crores in the previous finincial year then u can opt Composition Scheme and u can not avail itc and u can not charge GST in ur invoice also.

Benefit of ITC : Not Available [ Section 10(4) and Section 17(5)(e) ].

Registration : Regular/Normal Scheme
GST RATE :
a). Sweets :- 5%
b). Pastries and other bakery products :- 18%
c). Bread ( branded or otherwise ) : NIL

Benefit of ITC : AVAILABLE.

Hello, If cack shop sell cack in cash then how can we account it under GST. Do we need to believe that total cash sales is inclusive of 18% GST amount and in GSTR 1 & 3B we would pay tax @ 18%. Please advise.
