I am selling a product at ₹800 and don't charge any delivery fees from the customer. Amazon deducts 65+18% tax =76.6 from me as shipment charge.
Can I claim this tax as ITC?

But shipping of product is a service of which GST should be paid to government? Or am I wrong?

Ask for bill from Amazon for that deduction

Yes, you can claim ITC. Tell them to issue B2B invoice.
