If you are a regd person, GSTIN is mandatory on all invoices issued by you.
am registered person I have mentioned our customers GST no?
If your customer have not provide GSTN No than no required
GST No. should be mentioned of both the parties Service (Provider and Receiver) along with SAC and Sales or Manufactur along with HSN. If the second party doesn't have GST No. then it'll be RCM for you as he cannot claim the same.
