GST LIABILITY FOR OLD AGE HOME
whether GST liability is there for the trust who runs old age home? is there any exemption other than normal threshold of rs.20 lakhs?. The trust r collecting maintenance charge from the Individual person for food , accommodation on monthly basis.

Trust is for social service not for furtherance of business so no GST applicable
