If party has raised bill in feb-18 and we have made payment agst this bill in April18...
But party has uploaded bill in GSTR1 as Bill dated Apr-18
and we have already claimed ITC credit in Feb-18.
what will happened in this case?
As per section 16 of the CGST act 2017 to calim ITC you have fulfil follwoing conditions
1) you must have valid Tax Invoice with correct GSTN no
2) you must received Goods or service
3) Spplier must pay the GST collected form you to the GOVT
4) you must file retrun .
