What is the procedure for checking the IGST on import of Goods ? Which website need to refer for checking the IGST claim on Import of Goods . IGST on import of goods is not reflecting in GSTR2A

In 2A , the Fiqures are autopopulated only when supplier file the GSTR 1, But in case of Import the Recepient deposit the GST under RCM , hence its not going to reflect in GSTR 2A

Well...

The IGST of Import of Goods not reflected in GSTR-2A.

You can claim based on the Invoice which is (Customs clearance documents BOE / BOL)

can we claim IGST portion only or other duties also,

while importing what are the taxed shall claim input

Yes... Customs duty is not available for claim. You will book it under Expense head
