does scanned copy of tax invoice carry any value?

If original invoice is lost, credit for same bill no. is received in GSTR-2A
and Invoice is demanded in duplicate then it will have same validity
what if party does not give credit in 2A?
You must have copy of bill & Goods reced recept can avail ITC , even though not reflected in 2a
