Yes, you will get ITC on whole packing items.

yes u can avail input
Yes you can claim ITC on whole of the packing materials used for supply of a taxable product.
The only rule you need to remember is that the product being packed should not be exempt under GST. If the product supplied is exempt under GST, input credit on packing material used for supply of such exempt product shall not be available (As per Advance Ruling of GST AAR Chhattisgarh)
