My Bank charged GST on service charges in Feb 2018 but till now the credit is not reflecting in my GST number in GST portal- as per bank many customers are facing this problem and that it can not be claimed now since the return filing has already been made for that period. I think bank has not deposited the GST amount in my GST number.so where has they deposited the deducted amount and how do i claim it now?

Contact and Ask the details in Your bank officer.
They may have filed as B2C
what does that mean
That means they may has filed as unregistered dealer
