As per 16(4) of cgst act 2017, itc can be claimed within the date of filing of the return.
one of our client utilised the input credit of June 2018 in the month of November 2019.
can we do so?

As per section 16(4) of the CGST act 2017 last date for Claiming Input Tax Credit is return for the month of September or Annual return whichever is earlier . So in your case last date to claim Input Tax credit for the Month of June 2018 was 20 OCT 2019 ( GSTR3B for month of Spt 2019) .
