What is the applicability of GST in TDS and TCS?

tds to be deducted by persons to be notified n by govt.if the amount of supply exceeds rs. 2.5 lacs. tds to be deducted at 2%.
tcs to be deducted @ 2% by e commerce operators.
tds will be 1 % in case of of intrastate and 2% in case of interstate
