GST for Nov 11 attempt

GST implementation discussions are still going on. Finance Ministry has not come to a particular decision as State FM's are opposing it. So nobody knows the future. It may or may nt be applicable. Even there is no indication from ICAI in this respect. So need to wait n watch the situation.
