Is it mandatory for exporter to have GST registration even if the company turnover is less than 20lakh ?

yes, incase of exports it is considered as inter state supply .
whether turnover is less than 20 lacs . he is required to take registration .
whether turnover is less than 20 lacs . he is required to take registration .
In case of inter-state supplies,the person must take registration irrespective of turnover.
