Please note, after logging GST site, dashboard show many Forms (approx 40) like GST REG 03 , 04, 18 & status show all forms Pending for clarification under my saved application

No Requirement to do anything.
It is gst error. Every taxpayers are getting same problem. Just logout and login again. It will disappear.
