My client newly constructing godown, he is a manufacturer of paper cone shall I take gst credit of that constructing work

ITC is blocked on works contract for construction of immovable property - Section 17(5) of CGST Act

no you can't take credit because ITC is blocked on works contract under section 17(5)

No you cannot claim itc as per sec17(5)
