WE have applied for gst registration cancellation request on 30.04.2018 but its still showing pending for processing.
Now what should we do to get it done? do we need to provide a physical application to gst juridiction office?
please help.

what type of registration you have and what is the reason to cancle reg pls share ?
Yes, you have to submit a hard copy request of cancellation to the respective commercial tax office.
GST department is not speedily processing the cancellation of registration.
If you are taken gst registration on voluntarily basis, it will take 1 year to cancel from the date of registration.
For cancelling your GST registration, you must file all your returns GSTR1 and GSTR 3B till the date of cancellation period.
