Gst cancellation

A gst reg has been cancelled in Dec 2018 due to non filing of returns
How shall I get that same number activated now

if you get the same gst number activate
following documents submitted the department
gst registration certificate
gst ARN Number
self writing letter on the firm's letter head
detector's photo with firm's name & gst No.

I can't apply for revocation because it should be before 30 days of cancellation
And for that I need to file all pending gst returns but portal is showing till December only

I face same problem so I Decide to apply fresh registration for this firm because revocation of registration time passed .

No.... there is not alternative & Moreover as per Circular 94/14/2019 , won't be able to Apply Registration on Same PAN on which your earlier Registration has been cancelled due to Non filing of Return
