GST applicable on online design services provided to abroad
my party has its own e commerce website and he take contract from abroad for providing design online and provide it to same party , but payment received through third party i.e.payment gateway, then in this case GST applicable? and if yes, then RCM or any other way?

it will treat as export of service and you can claim any gst paid on provision of service to abroad.
