Invoice include in the GSTR -3B & 1 in which period its issued Not on the period in which Amt Received againts bill

Suppose

Invoice date 01-Mar-18 and Payment received in 30-May-18

Than above invoice unclude in Mar-18 GSTR-3B & 1

As per section 12 read with section 31 of the CGST act, 2017 invoice need to be issued at the time of
removal of goods and time of supply will be the time when the invoice is issued.

Thus, the month in which the invoice is issued would be the time of supply
