Not yet confirmed by the Government. But they should issue it within 31st December 2018 as the new rates will be effective from 01.01.2019
By the end of this week they mau release
from when will the late fees waive off be applicable for filing 3B till the period of September 2018 .
The Recommendations will come into effect only after the issuance of Official Notification by the Government.
