Can we file gst2 return without filing gst1 return for July month

Yes, You Can because GSTR2 is deals with Purchases (Inward Supplies)...

and GSTR1 Deals with Sales (Outward Supplies)...

So, both are Completely Unrelated...

But i think you will not be able to file GSTR3. Because that is conclusion of gstr1 and gstr2.

Ha Yes... Because of Final Confirmation and Payment Stage... GSTR3.

GSTR -2 can be filed but GSTR-3 cant.....
