Gst 0.1% for merchant exporter

Dear Sir,

we are manufacturer and merchant exporter. Can we Avail GST Credit of goods supplied to us @ gst 0.1% .

goods have been procured for export purpose only.

CAN WE AVAIL ITC (input tax credit) of GST 0.1% . goods have been directly exported from supplier location to docks.

i.e we have not received goods at factory location.
