first of all take the initative and try that u should be the starter, as in 80% of te cases starters wins the battles.

hi Prakash,G.D mainly assessment of three things,1.your communication skills 2.your listening skills & 3.your group/team behaviours.so try to disscuss every topics in systematic manners with your friends,seniors and juniors.this will enhance your all skills and also in long term your public speaking skills will become high.

its not only speaking but also how you interact with the other guys in gd; how do you hold your own when everyone wants to take a lead

hello!! normally we focus more on speaking our points rather than listening to others.. so make it a point that u start off the topic and then listen to what others have to say and then take up again speaking on what others have pointed out.. whether u agree with them or u don't.. and lastly how u'll like to conclude on the topic... Your body language is very very imp.. so do work on that... because normally we speak quite well but cannot communicate well through our body language ... keep all this in mind..
