hello!! normally we focus more on speaking our points rather than listening to others.. so make it a point that u start off the topic and then listen to what others have to say and then take up again speaking on what others have pointed out.. whether u agree with them or u don't.. and lastly how u'll like to conclude on the topic... Your body language is very very imp.. so do work on that... because normally we speak quite well but cannot communicate well through our body language ... keep all this in mind..
