Government hospital medical certificate for transfer

I am in my final year of articleship. I am applying for transfer/termination of articleship due to health reason. I come to know that, to get prior permission from institute it requires medical certificate from government hospital. But i took treatment in private hospital and i have all the reports. how can i proceed to get medical certificate from government hospital? or can get medical Certificate from government hospital by producing the reports given by private hospital?

I dont think government hospital staff will give you certificate based on private hospital reports. You better undergo all the required tests in that government hospital itself freshly and then they will give you certificate.

No Dude its not gonna be possible...this bl**dy govt hospital people are corrupt.i had same issues,they were claiming that i should take a treatement for 2 or 3 months only they will issue a medical certificate..intially half day flied off in just Finding an appropriate departement for my ailment.Finally i gave up.

But in my case one of my known government doctor is agreed to give certificate but my doubt is he should give on the basis of my earlier report or fresh treatment of his own?

In general, doctors of government hospital will conduct fresh treatments for you and based on the reports, they will give you the certificate. I don't think he will give you report based on old reports as he may feel risky.
