can I send goods out of state though they are billed within state....
suppose I have got purchase order to renovate ofice in dehradun and the company will be billing from Delhi and the rexeivee too is from Delhi....both parties have gstin of Delhi.....is it possible to move goods to dehradun without gstin of dehradun....
