Can we avail input tax credit of GST paid to an Registered Karigar on making charges of gold jewellery ?

If the karigar is not registered, what will be the rate of GST on job work with Reverse Charge Machenism (RCM) & can I avail ITC on the same.?

yes first you have to pay by cash and get it.
