Hi MANJULA, in general one has to submit the following documents for registering for GMCS as per requirements of ICAI alongwith the prescribed application form for regn. request :
1. Demand Draft of Rs. 4,000/- 2. Service Completion Certificate 3. Admit Card Copy of the latest Final attempt 4. Marksheet of the Latest Final Exam
