Gmcs at vishwas nagar-delhi?? procedure for registration?

there is no register now option for registering for gmcs 1 online.... https://www.nircstudent.org/gmcs/batch.asp this is for gmcs nd is same for gmcs 1. cant get how to register... if someone knw then plz reply

Hello all

I need to enqire how to join gmcs-1 batch for vishwas nagar.

Its very difficult to opt for online seats on the given sites as the seats get full within fraction of seconds. please help if there is any other way out.
