There is no reason given by them.From last three batches atleast i know they are charging Rs 5000.When  one goes to the chapter there usual staff is present and to them one has to pay in cash.They being the staff say they dont know and hence one ends up paying Rs 5000 in a hurry since they say one or two seats are only available.Besides this students from smaller places near to bhopal like shahdol,bina,sagar etc alsom come since in their cities GMCS course is not conducted.

why unfair ? it is usually charged between 4000 and 5000 at different part of country

As per ICAI notification it should be 4000...........
