I tried to search Information on pursuing GMCS, but was unsuccessful..can any1 please tell me the detaills regarding Eligibility, Fees and the forms and procedures for the same

go to the institute in person and enquire... they ll give u the form... you are eligilble if you are in the last year of articles or have completed articles... alternatively you can also join the 6 weeks course at hyderabad... i heard its very good

You can go for online reg. of GMCS from the website www.nirc-icai.org or u can download the form from the same website. Fee structure & eligibility details are all available on this website itself.
