can donee purchase stamp paper for preparation of gift deed?
can gift deed is prepared after the transfer of gifts more than 6 months but in same financial year

Better to purchase stamp paper in name of donor
You can prepare gift deed now also.

Ok, but if donor is live in other city, there is no problem in this na that donor has address of other city?

Then purchase stamp paper from that city of Donor. Stamp paper is State wise. Value required for Stamp paper for Gift Deed May differ from state to state.

Only city is different, state are the same of donor and donee
