can i give gift to dad in
cash by cheque to her account. 2 times 1 now and another after 5 months after and how much cash can i give by cheque.

you can pay any amount of gift, there is no restrictions for sending money to your parents
- it is application/ utilization of income

Although there is no restriction, it is preferable that you pay by cheque. If possible get a gift deed prepared.

It is not compulsory, but advisable as it becomes easier to prove ur point.

any other way to prove for safe ,other than gift deed as amount is huge so if i prepare gift deed its costly 5% so plz suggest
