someone has applied for 80G and 12 A registration for Gau Shala
CIT asked two questions given below. could you please explaim what should we write to CIT as a reply.
1. please explain your claim for registration u/s 12 AA and 80G
2. please specify whether you fall under the category of relief of the poor, education , medical felief, the advancement of any other object of general public utility or others as mentioned in seciton 2 (15) of IT act.
