very nice initiative Gaurav...Fund flow is easy so can fetch good marks...just a few suggestions from my side....
do not get confused in the depreciation part where we also have to deal with asset disposal..sometimes we maintain a separate provision fr depreciation a/c too...gets bit tricky...
my suggestion is to make very neat and clear working notes...make separate ledgers like asset a/c, prov. for depreciation a/c, asset disposal a/c...and then post simultaneously in all 3.....
this is applicable fr both cash flow and fund flow.....

..if acc dep balance is also given then we have to prepare fixed assests acc , acc dep n asset disposal
and if only fixed asset balance is given then only FA acc is to be preapred
is this d way to deal depreciation? am i correct?

@ gaurav I also appy the all account kholo and then posting adjustment entries in P&l adjustment account but i face some problems when balance sheet and income statement is given in the question....can u help me with an example which have balance sheet and income statement with this method only.....i have just registered for ipcc...waiting for reply asap......
