What are the reasons FVU file is not generated?

it may be software or java problem
download java
& try it
Thank u but any version of Java is ok
first go to control panel
uninstall all java version
after uninstall
open your software
try to generate FAU file
your software ask for java
then download java as per software requirement
otherwise ask your vendor
check your software instruction book
