Please confirm is there any minimum amount criteria of expenses for pay gst under rcm.. For example if I pay Rs. 30 for courier which is unregistered person... Also can I take gst input on speed post worth Rs. 30 or 25 on documents dispatched
No need to pay any GST for purchases by a reg. Person from URD under RCM if the value is Rs 5000 or less. 5,000 from on or all in a day i.e. Limit of Rs 5,000 is for a day in aggregate.
