Freaked out ppls in institute

Hi guys... Act jus wanted to share d agony i faced today mrng.. I act went to icai-ahmedabad branch for depositing my gmcs forms.. I almost wasted my 4 hrs from my morning schedule and dis is jus because of watchmans and care takers of the premises.. Jus foolish ppls... Dese ppls didnt had any mannes to atleast handle and behave with students.. At one side institute expects to maintain decorum and highest standard of discipline and on other side the treatment that they provide us is such humiliating.. We are the students and i would better term it as future ca... Are we meant for such ignorance.. Dese ppls have time to smoke and pass lewd comments and insult anybody but i think institute should take some tym out from there schedule to jus spread the awareness and educate those ppls... How can dey smoke or be such arrogant in premises.. Wen askd to them about timings to collect gmcs forms in morning since many ppls were waiting from 3-4 o'clock dey replied dat dey dnt knw and even closed d door on d face.. Wen askd to them at 7/8 in morin again d same question dey replied we dnt knw or else replied at 11 in mornin but against the same fact they collected at 8:30 in morn... What abt d students who went back jus to return at 11... As dey were one of those ppls who were waiting from 4 in morn... Such a shameful act.. I myself being a student feel humiliated that i m a part of such an institution where members are considered as god and other all ppls as donkeys... Thx for reading and sharing ur time with me...
