we are just starting a company in lucknow, uttar pradesh. we are importing some electronic device from china and willing to sell all over india through Franchise network. i want a fixed selling price at all location .
I am worried about taxes as for diffrent states tax slabs are diffrent.
I need experts suggestion.
One of my friend involve in business suggested me below, please let me know if this is legaly ok.
" Make Franchise, store goods with them and bill customer from lucknow through online billing system." please suggest if this will be possible or any alternative.
