Format of letters to st department

Dear All,

We need to send two letters to department-

1. To reduce the amount of refund claimed earlier because a part of it is adjusted against ST output available and earlier we had claimed full amt. as refund.

2, The CBEC rate considered for filing return of first half year was incorrect. So, want to intimate the department regarding such error.

Please send the format of letters to be sent to department intimating the above.
