Format for apllication form for verification

Hi

Now very easy to apply for verification thrugh online.

Just logon on to ICAI website and go to announcement (26-01-12) click the link and do apply there only no need to take DD and Post the letter and only online 

Just u have to do one thing the the following letter manually write by your hand write and scan it as JPG file with 100 mb size only and this file u have to attach with the online.

Just prepare like this formate.
