Form INC 24
INC 24 marked as send for resubmission with the remark no due certificate not attached. can anyone tell me what is this no due certificate means.

You need to attach Certificate of Approval that you received after filing MGT-14. Along with that, you need to attach altered MOA and altered AOA.
