Form AOC-4 Prescrutiney Error

I have checked this is technical issue in MCA site.

I would request everyone to raise query for the same. So they will resolve it asap.

No reply and solution from Mca egov cell 

@ Prashu it is the normal copy paste reply for this particular query, let's hope MCA Egov cell gives proper solution for this, unfortunately facing some news issues with regard to LLP form 3 and even for Agile Pro form now, hope these technical glitchs gets resolved at the earliest.

Yes waiting for reply.. client is taking follow up daily and penalty is increasing, hope this issue will resolve at the earliest 

I am also facing same prescrutiny error in case of AOC-4 related to FY 2019-20. Ticket has been raised and reopened but no solution has been provided by MCA.

@ Mayank, that is technical error, everyone is facing this issue, I guess MCA E-Gov Cell will resolve it. Pls send a mail to e-gov cell as suggested by Prashu.

Solution is new form as per discussion with them.

Yeah there is no use of filing new form.. you will get same error in every time

I have facing the same issue of overlapping of financial year.but financial year is same in both the forms. i have also tried to again upload mgt-7a. but its also shown error that mgt-7 is approved (not marked as defective). not able to file mgt-7 a or not aoc-4. what to do?

This is technical error from MCA. No response from MCA Egov cell till date. Hope MCA will resolve this issue soon.
