A newly formed unlisted company on 13/03/2017 having paid up capital of 100000 and turnover above 1 cr. during FY 2017 -18 is required to file ADT-1 form

Adt 1 for First Auditor isn't mandatory. However afterwards Appointment in the Agm, Adt 1 needs to be filed within 15 days of appointment.
ADT 1 is not required for first incorporation year but it is required to file after the 1st AGM.
Hence during 17-18 adt 1 not mandatory to file.
