Dear All,
I file Form INC-7,Form INC-22,Form DIR-12 for company incorporation but after filing of form i have received a mail from MCA as stated -This is to inform you that in term of Rule 10 of the Companies (Registration Offices and Fees) Rules, 2014, the above-cited Form INC-7,Form INC-22,Form DIR-12 has been examined and marked as Pending for user clarification with the following remarks- "No photograph in subscribers pages"
And the solution is given by MCA is "In view of the above, you are therefore, directed that Form 67 (Addendum) should be filed complete in all respects by given date otherwise failing which the eForm shall be treated as invalid and shall not be taken on record or transaction shall be cancelled "
My problem is that ,where i upload the photograph and whom photograph ?
Earlier in company incorporation i naver attach/upload any photograph at any form but incorporation certificate issued by ROC as per new company act.
