Form 61 a reporting
There is loan issued from a director to a company exceeding 10 lakhs, the same was converted to equity shares in the same financial year. Should the same be reported in Form 61A?

as per my opinion it should be reported in form 61A as the company issuing shares whose value exceeding RS 10 lakhs
