Form 5 inv

Hi friends,

We are facing problem in filling the data in Excel Sheet of Form 5 INV relating to unclaimed dividend. When we enter the CIN  and click on prefill button then it shows some technical error, inspite of installation their requisite tool kit etc.

i have also raised ticket no. at MCA and talked to their helpline no. but all in vain.

Does any body filed the form 5 INV then please guide urgently.
