Form-5 has already been uploaded. but payment has not been accepted because of the due date for payment has been expired. now we want to up load it again but MCA is not accepting. it is showing like this-(there is pending Form-5 in respect of the company. Please file this form after approval of the pending Form-5).

After Login when you will check the transaction status it must be showing Pending...that is the reason behind it.Let the SRN being rejected in the status then only you can go ahead.
