Form 44 - branch office for foreign company

Dear All

Please reply asap for below mentioned query .

One of my client is Foreign Company incorporated in Thailand.

They have opened a branch in Delhi and Form 44 has been submitted and approved also. Now this Company has also received permission from RBI to open another branch office in Mumbai and stating Delhi office as nodal office.

Do they need to again submit Form 44 in Mumbai ROC for mumbai branch?
