Yes, you can.

IF I GIVE THIS IN FORM 3CB IT AMOUNTS TO QUALIFICATION WHETHER IT IS GOOD OR NOT.

PLS. TELL WHAT CAN I DO CAN I MENTON THIS IN FORM 3CB OR NOT.

PLS. HELP ME.

THANKS.

Dear Raj sir,

No, you shouldn't mention it in form 3cb as this will amount to qualification of audit report... as rightly said by you...

You should show it in Notes to accounts.. and attach the same in the same file of B/s and P&L, as you do in MCA filing... scan the notes to accounts also along with PDF file of B/s, P&L etc.....

BUT HOW CAN I SCAN THE NOTES ON ACCOUNT AND BALANCE SHEET ON ONE PAGE.

I HAVE SEEN AUDIT REPORTS OF SOME CA'S, THEY PROVIDE THIS ON FORM 3CB ITSELF.

PLS. HELP ME.

THANKS.

Dear Sir,

They are not required on a single page... it may take number of pages... in a PDF file format... (however, not exceeding the limit prescribed)...

Best practice would be to have it in the Annexure of Audit Report under Form 3CB....... as done by other CAs....
